- Values quoted are for up to two people in each room;

- Extra bed: charge 35% more to get the third person and if they are four people will be charged 65% of the value of the package;
- A child up to 5 years with courtesy rate. Children up to 12 years we charge an additional 25% of the value of the package;

Cancellation Policy and No Show Standard:
• Cancellation up to 15 days before the date of check-in: no cost.The already paid amount will be converted into credit or deposit account.
• Cancellation or change 14-7 days prior to check in: 50% penalty of the reservation.The remaining amount already paid, will be converted to credit.
• Cancellation or change 6-4 days prior to check in: 80% penalty of the reservation and the remainder will be converted to credit.
- Cancellation of reservation less than 72 hours before the hotel reserves the right to charge the No Show deducting 100% of the total value of the package or the total amount already paid.
- Withdrawal of the entry: The withdrawal of stay on arrival or after entering the hotel, as well as the early departure for any reason will not entitle to a refund of the amount already paid or credit card concession.
The customer can arrange his replacement by another passenger on the same conditions on the same date. The loans granted will be valid for 90 days.
Cancellation Policy and No Show - Package Holidays and High Season:
• If canceled up to 30 days before the date of check-in: 10% of the fine
the reservation. The already paid amount will be converted into credits;
• If canceled between 30 days to 15 days prior to check-in: penalty of 50% of the reservation.The remaining amount already paid will be converted to credit;
• Cancellation or modification with less than 14 days, no show, cancellation or changes after the check-in: penalty of 100% of the reservation.
