Reservation Policies

- Rates quoted are for up to two people in each accommodation;
- Even breakfast served in our restaurant with incredible sea views;
- Inclusion of beach service, umbrella, beach towels and pool, plus waiter to better serve them;
- Extra bed: we charge 30% more per person on the value of the package;
- One child under 2 years free of charge. Children up to 10 years will charge 20% more on the package price;
- Check in from 16:00;
- Check out food at 14:00;
- We charge 10% service charge (optional);
- Values ??subject to change without prior notice;
- We did not allow food, drinks and even boxes of Styrofoam boxes to be placed in the Hotel's premises, nor to pets;
- Our discounts and promotions are not cumulative.

Forms of payment:
- 100% deposit on booking confirmation with 5% discount; 50% deposit on booking confirmation and balance without check-out.

Cancellation Policy and No Show Default:

? Cancellation up to 15 days prior to check-in: free of charge. The value already
is converted into credit or deposited into account.
? Cancellation or closing 14 to 7 days before the check-in date:
fine of 50% of the reservation amount. The remaining amount already paid will be converted into
? Cancellation or change from 6 to 4 days before check in: fine of 80% of the reservation amount and the rest will be converted into cash .- Cancellation of reservation with less than 72 hours in advance or hotel reservation without right to charge the No Display by discounting 100% of the total value of the package or the total amount already paid.

- Withdrawal after entry: The withdrawal of stay in the online or at the entrance to the Hotel, as well as an early departure for any reason not right and refund of the amount already paid or grant of letter of credit. The customer could arrange its replacement by other dowager, your own,
conditions, in the same information. The credits granted will be valid for 90 days.

Cancellation and No Show Policy - Holidays and High Season Packages:

? Cancellations up to 30 days before check-in data: 10% fine

? Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days prior to the date of
check-in: fine of 50% of the reservation amount. The remaining amount already paid will be
converted into credit;
? Cancellation or change with less than 14 days, no show, cancellation
